My story
It was when I hit thirty I knew something had to change.
Trying different jobs, different countries, going freelance for more freedom and control - it wasn't until I was turning 30 that it shifted from a niggling feeling to something sharper: I'd failed.
I hadn't bought the house, I didn't have a partner, let alone a husband or kids on the horizon - and even though that life wouldn't have necessarily made me any happier, I still felt like I'd failed.
Working through that, and finding a way forward, is what set me on this path. I now work with women in their thirties who are in a similar place - to get clear on what they actually want, and then do something about it.
Credentials
I hold an ICF Level 2 accreditation in coaching, trained at Animas Centre for Coaching - one of the UK's leading coaching schools.
I don't have everything figured out, and I'm not going to pretend I do. What I have is the experience of working through it myself, and the training to walk through it carefully with you.

Outside of work
When I'm not working, you'll find me with friends, at a beach in Barcelona or hopefully exploring a new part of the world.
